Established in 1995, Cambridge Estates is a gated community made up of 22 private homes in a relaxing park-like atmosphere, located on the northern edge of Reedley with our gated entrance on the west side of Frankwood Ave. We are organized as a California Mutual Benefit Corporation but because we are small, we are much more than the typical HOA. We are a true community of neighbors where our membership meetings generally start off with a potluck dinner.
